Q: How do I care for my garments?

Wash inside out cold, tumble dry low heat. Because of the high quality fabric, you may find wrinkles after drying. Simply iron low or use a garment steamer gently over desired areas. Hang or fold when finished.

Q: Where are your products made?
All of our products are designed, manufactured, and shipped from our offices and warehouses in Vancouver, Canada.

Q: Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. We are planning to offer international fulfillment in the future. Sign-up for our newsletter to learn more or contact us for more information.

Q: What currency do you list your products in?
All of our products are listed in Canadian dollars, CAD. Your credit card company will use the current exchange rate to charge you in US dollars if you are purchasing from outside of Canada.

Q: Do I have to pay Duties & Taxes?
Canadian Orders: Applicable GST/HST/PST are calculated at checkout.
International Orders: All orders shipping internationally may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. You are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred when you receive your package.
